How you receive your physical and digital purchases.

Physical goods (mouse pads & gear)

Pickup from our shop in Wadi Ad-Dawasir: free — we email you when your order is ready.
Shipping via Rihlat Al-Wadi: 20 SAR per order (not per item), all Saudi cities. We prepare it within a day, shipping takes 2–5 days, and we email you the tracking number once shipped.
Shipping via SMSA: 29 SAR per order (not per item), all Saudi cities. We prepare it within a day, shipping takes 2–5 days, and we email you the tracking number once shipped.
Shipping needs your name, phone, city, district and national or short address. The fee shows in the order summary before payment, and in the email and invoice.
PC builds are store pickup only and need 2–5 business days for assembly and testing.
Digital products have no shipping.

Delivered automatically after payment confirmation in “My library” in your account, after OTP identity confirmation.
Large or unusual orders may be held for manual review within 24 hours.
