Refunds & exchanges

We comply with consumer protection rules, taking the nature of digital goods into account.

Physical products

Mouse pads & gear: no returns or exchanges for change of mind, in store or by shipping.
Returns or exchanges only for a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item, within 7 days of receipt — free of charge, and we cover the shipping.
Custom builds: exchanges within 14 days for manufacturing defects, and the PC is returnable for an unrepairable defect; not returnable for change of mind after assembly.

Digital products

Gift cards, game keys, subscriptions, top-ups and game accounts are non-refundable once the code is revealed or the account credentials are received, unless the code is invalid or the account doesn’t match its description — then we replace it or refund after verification.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–14 business days depending on the bank.
