Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your mobile number (for OTP login), and name/email if you enter them.
• Order and payment details (we never store card numbers; the payment provider processes them).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit time, and a log of code/account reveals for security.

Why

• To fulfil your orders and deliver digital goods to you alone.
• To prevent fraud and protect your account and purchased codes.
• To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your order.

Protection & retention

Account and code data is encrypted and only revealed to the order owner after verification. We keep order records for the legally required period; you may request deletion of non-mandatory data by email.

Visit statistics

• We measure visits with an in-house tool on our own server — no Google Analytics or any third party, and no tracking cookies.
• We record: the page, where the visit came from (e.g. Google or Instagram), device and browser type, language, time on page, and approximate city or country.
• We never store your IP address: it is used only at the moment of receipt to look up the city/country and to form an anonymous token that changes daily, so two visits on different days cannot be linked.
• Purpose: understanding what matters to visitors to improve the store (requested products, search terms, page speed). Raw data is deleted after 90 days; only a daily summary with no identifiers remains.
• Approximate location uses the DB-IP Lite database (db-ip.com), licensed CC BY 4.0.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only (session, cart, CSRF protection, language and dark-mode preference). No ads, no third-party trackers.
